Warranty


Your experience with our products are very important to us.  

Please note: Your warranty is valid for 12 months from purchase or your baby's first birthday. 

The warranty covers the pump motor only. Moisture damage to the motor unit is not covered by the warranty. Please ensure all parts are dry before assembling and using your pump.

  • For a warranty claim, please email us at info@youha.co.za.
  • Shipping: The faulty product can be delivered to the provided address.
    • You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 
    • Youha SA will not be held accountable for packages going missing when sent to us. We advise using trackable shipping services with insurance cover where applicable.
  • Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will repair/replace the product as quickly as possible (if such a repair is possible/if we have the same product in stock with which to affect a replacement).
  • If we are unable to repair or replace the product, we will credit your account with the purchase price of the product.
  • The warranty excludes the following:
    • faults resulting from normal wear and tear
    • damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product
    • damage arising from electrical surges or sea air corrosion
    • damage arising from moisture/milk entering the motor unit
    • damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product
    • damage arising from unauthorized alterations to the product
    • where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you
