  1. Abi Cae (Pty) Ltd, trading as Youha South Africa, shall return products or refund customers in accordance with Sections 55 and 56 of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and its Returns/Refunds Policy set out below.
  2. Change of mind returns                                                                                            According to Act 68, you as consumer are entitled to a general right to return for seven days after delivery, for any reason without penalty, the consumer however will be liable for the cost of returning the goods.

      • You are entitled to cancel any purchase of any product or service within 7 days (cooling-off period) from which they were delivered.
      • Upon expiry of the “cooling-off” period no purchaser will be entitled to cancel any purchase.
      • Goods need to be returned unused and in its original unopened packaging with all labels attached, within 7 days of receiving the item.
      • A handling fee of 10% will be charged on return/cancellation of a purchase. Delivery charges for returning unwanted items within the “cooling-off” period (7 days) are for the purchaser's account.
      • A refund will be affected to a purchaser exercising his right to cancel, within 30 days of cancellation, subject to the 10% handling fee and any delivery costs that may be incurred in affecting the refund.
      • Such refund will only take place when Youha SA receives your parcel subject to the above-mentioned conditions.
      • If you fail to comply with the provisions of this Returns Policy, we reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you our fees and expenses.
      • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original unopened packaging.

       

    1. Due to the intimate nature of the products sold by Youha South Africa, used products are non-refundable and non-returnable. Products may not be returned unless the incorrect product has been supplied or the product is damaged or faulty upon delivery. In such an instance Youha South Africa will exchange the product on condition that:
      • the product is returned in its original condition – including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and accessories and
      • the customer returns the product within seven days of receipt and confirms same by sending a written notice to info@youha.co.za(within abovementioned seven-day period).
      • All returns must be shipped freight (and insurance) prepaid. The onus is on the customer to ensure that the goods returned are received by Youha South Africa within 10 days of written notice. On receipt and acceptance of returned product Youha South Africa will make all reasonable effort to exchange said product, but if replacement is not possible Youha South Africa will refund the purchase price, including delivery cost. Such amount will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation, beginning on the day written notice was given.

          4. Products damaged on delivery – Should a product be damaged in any way or                missing any parts or accessories at the time of delivery, please notify us within 3            days by logging a return with info@youha.co.za. Breakages not reported within            days will not be refunded.

     

    The faulty or damaged product/returns can be delivered to the provided address. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will repair/replace the product or issue a refund (where applicable) as quickly as possible (if such a repair is possible/if we have the same product in stock with which to affect a replacement).

    Shipping 

    To return your product, you should mail info@youha.co.za and ship the product to the provided address.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    Defective products

    What constitutes a defect? Any material imperfection in the manufacture of a product or any characteristic of a product which makes the product less acceptable than one would reasonably be entitled to expect in the circumstances.

    The following will NOT be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to a return under this Section 3. Products damaged on delivery – Should a product be damaged in any way or missing any parts or accessories at the time of delivery, please notify us within 3 days by logging a return with info@youha.co.za. Breakages not reported within 3 days will not be refunded.

      • faults resulting from normal wear and tear
      • damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product
      • damage arising from electrical surges or sea air corrosion
      • damage arising from moisture/milk entering the motor unit
      • damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product
      • damage arising from unauthorized alterations to the product
      • where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you
      • in relation to Unboxed Deals, signs of handling and/or repackaging.
